Our monthly subscription box will arrive frozen so you can throw your items in the freezer and prepare them on your own schedule throughout the month.

Every month will be a perfectly curated sampling of the best cuts we have to offer. You can expect to receive an assortment of one 3+ pound roast, two (or more) premium steaks, two pounds of lean ground beef, one shelf-stable snack item, and an extra surprise or two!

You will be charged on the same date every month but your subscription box will not ship until the Tuesday following the date of your charge. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
