The sirloin has steaked (Ope! See what we did there?!) it’s claim as one of the leanest, yet still flavorful cuts. Great grilled whole or chopped up and made into kabobs.

Our sirloins are cut 1” thick and come 1 per package. Average package size is 1.25 pounds.
